Does the spectrum make payment arrangements?


At this time, Spectrum Voice doesn't require a deposit to set up or maintain telephone service. For your comfort, if you would like to schedule a payment in the future, you can do so online: ... choose to Make a Payment.

Future-dated Payments
For your comfort, if you would like to plan payment in the future, you can do so online:
1.       Firstly, Sign in to Spectrum.net with a username with Head of Household (HoH) and Administrator (Admin) permissions.
2.       Choose to Make a Payment.
3.       Spectrum Stores
Use the store locator to search your nearest Spectrum Store. There's no processing charge when making a payment at our stores.

Our stores accept the following forms of payment:
1.       Checking or savings account.
2.       A debit card or MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit cards.
3.       Cash and money orders.

Third-Party Payment Agents
Extra businesses in your region may accept Spectrum payments. Each third-party payment center has its own particular rules regarding payments, fees, etc., but all follow these standard policies:

Third-party payment agents are for walk-in payments only. Customers can't mail payments to these locations.

Pay by Mail
Remember the following when mailing in a payment:
1.                   Mail your payment in the envelope with the payment portion of your statement whenever possible.
2.                   You can print a copy of your statement via your Spectrum account.
3.                   Note your Spectrum account number on your check or money order.
4.                   Don't mail cash.

When it comes to paying the bill they want to make sure the process is simple, secure and customized to your preferences. You can make Spectrum bill payment online, over the phone, by mail or by visiting them in person.

Making a Payment

To make a one-time payment:
1.                   Firstly, Sign in to Spectrum.net.
2.                   Go to the Billing section and choose to make a Spectrum bill payment.
3.                   Choose a One-Time Payment. At this stage, you can also choose to register in AutoPay.
4.                   If you've previously saved a payment method, you can choose Recent Payment Methods and use the saved information.
5.                   You can also choose the Add Payment Method. Enter your payment information and payment date and choose Continue.
6.                   Here, you can choose to save for Future Payments.
7.                   Confirm your payment details to complete the Spectrum bill payment process.
